Usage
Use in combination with a stock pot that has a 24 cm diameter and a minimum height of 11 cm (= minimum capacity of 4.9 L).
The stock pot should be at least half full of water (minimum 2.5 L).
Always use sufficient water, regularly check and add water if needed.
Always cover the (top) steamer insert with a suitable 24 cm fitting lid.
